We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining general ledger integrity, and supporting audits and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
Prepare internal financial reports and support external reporting requirements
Assist with audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the close
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and external auditors
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a mid-size or larger company
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.)
High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
